2 qt. water
1 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. glycerin oil
1/4 c. dish soap
Coloring

In a large saucepan gradually add the cornstarch to the water. Cook until clear (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat. Add the glycerin oil and the soap. After it cools, add coloring, keep covered.
