2 qts. water
1 1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. honey
1 c. water

Mix 2 quarts water and lemon juice; set aside. Pour honey and 1 cup water into a saucepan and heat until it boils. Add the honey mixture to the lemon juice and water; chill in the refrigerator. To serve, stir, and pour over ice cubes.

Yield: 3 quarts.
