BROWN RICE CAKE 
5 c. rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sesame oil
2 c. brown sugar
20 pieces chestnuts
20 pieces fig nuts
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. molasses syrup

Put the rice in a pot of cold water and let soak for 4 hours.

Shell chestnuts and cut in half. Cut fig nuts in half and remove the seed.

Steam the rice for 20 minutes, then add one bowl of salt water. Cook for 5 more minutes

Mix soy sauce and sesame oil, brown sugar, molasses syrup, and cinnamon. Add to the cooked rice. Cook it again for approximately 30 minutes and stir it all together.

Place it in a flat cookie sheet and add peanuts on the top. Let it cool.
