4 c. chopped rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1 pkg. strawberry Jello Yellow cake mix Spread chopped rhubarb into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle sugar and Jello over the rhubarb. Prepare cake mix by box directions and pour over the rhubarb mixture. Bake 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes. Makes very full 9x13 pan. Can be split into two 8x8. | |
