COLESLAW SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced celery
2-4 tbsp. diced green pepper
1 tbsp. diced onion

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Blend in mayonnaise, cold water, vinegar and salt. Chill until partially set. Beat until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until set. Unmold on lettuce. Garnish with radish slices. Makes 6-8 servings.
