8 oz. cream cheese
1 box (1 lb) confectioners' sugar
1 stick (1/4 lb) butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can (8-12 oz) coconut
1/2 c. pecans

Blend ingredients and use as icing for carrot cake.
