ALMOND POPPYSEED BREAD | |
3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring 1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring 2 tbsp. poppy seeds 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1 1/2 c. milk 2 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and flavorings. Mix in dry ingredients. Beat and mix until lumps are gone. Add poppyseed. Bake in 2 well greased, floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
