BROILED CHICKEN IN GARLIC SAUCE 
14 pieces of chicken
14 garlic gloves
4 limes
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. sherry wine

Marinate chicken in crushed garlic and lime juice. Let stand for at least 1 hour or do it the day before. Brush the chicken with vegetable oil and broil skin side down first 25 minutes. When they start to brown, sprinkle salt and pepper and pour half the wine. Turn chicken and repeat this procedure when this side begins to brown.
