CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts
1 bottle Caesar salad dressing (may use Cheesy Parmesan)
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. chopped green olives with pimento
1 c. cashews (with salt)

THE DAY BEFORE:

1/2 to 1/3 c. heavy cream
1 sm. box UNCLE BEN'S® original recipe wild rice

Make rice per directions on box. Combine chicken and rosemary and water. Boil, then simmer 15 minutes. Cool and cube chicken. Mix with dressing and let stand in refrigerator.

In large bowl, mix carrots, celery, onions, cashews, and cooked rice. Pour heavy cream over chicken and dressing mix. Then mix everything together. Refrigerate at least 6-8 hours. Overnight is even better!
