PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box pistachio instant pudding mix
1 (9 or 10 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. sm. marshmallows

Drain pineapple. Take the juice and put the pistachio pudding mix into it. Stir after it jells. Add the crushed pineapple, then add the marshmallows and stir. Then add the Cool Whip and stir until it is mixed good. You may add some pecans if you like them.
