PISTACHIO PUDDING SALAD 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Melt butter. Mix flour and butter together in bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread out and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

2:
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar

Whip together until fluffy. Refrigerate 1 hour. Put on top of crust.

3:
2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding (sm.)
3 c. milk

Beat together until thick. Put on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
