PISTACHIO-PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 (3 3/8 oz.) box pistachio pudding mix (sm. box)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip, thawed
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Place pineapple and juice in medium mixing bowl. Add dry pudding mix; mix well by hand. Gently fold in whipped topping, then gently fold in marshmallows. Chill before serving.
