CHILI EGG APPETIZERS 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
12 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. diced green chilies
8 oz. black olives, chopped (opt.)
1 pt. cream cottage cheese
10 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Melt butter in a 9"x13" pan in oven. In large bowl, place eggs and beat slightly; add baking powder, flour, salt; stir again. Add the rest of ingredients (dump can chilies in bowl, don't drain). Pour into the buttered 9"x13" pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Test with knife; when knife comes out clean it's cooked.
