2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix #1 ingredients and pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

#2 INGREDIENTS:

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa

Mix #2 ingredients and sprinkle on top of first mixture. Cover completely. Pour 3 cups of boiling water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
