1 c. sugar
7 Kraft caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix and let come to a boil. Take off stove so caramels can get soft, about 15 minutes. Then come to boil. Boil hard 3 minutes. Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3/4 cup chocolate chips, 3/4 cup salted peanuts. Stir until it gets thick. Drop from teaspoon on wax paper; let set until hard.
