MEXICAN CORNBREAD BY FREEDIA 
1 pkg. cornbread mix. (Mix as directed except use less than 2/3 c. milk)
1 sm. can cream corn
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese

Add next items if wish:1 sm. chopped onion

1 sm. chopped jalapeno
1 sm. chopped sweet bell pepper
1 sm. jar chopped pimento, drained

Mix all items and pour into greased metal or glass baking pan, the size of a one layer cake. Bake at degrees listed on cornbread mix. It will take longer to cook because of cream corn and cheese.
