MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn meal
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream style corn
1 tsp. red pepper
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix corn meal, eggs, corn, pepper, green pepper and oil, pour half in iron skillet, sprinkle grated cheese over with remaining mixture. Cook at 375 degrees until done.
