OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 chicken fryer, cut up
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted

Coat chicken with combined flour and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and water, coat with combined crumbs and cheese. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
