CARROT PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. cooked carrots
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together, put in unbaked pie tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Check with knife, when done, knife will be clean.
