APRICOT CHERRY NUT LOAF 
3 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. chopped nuts or 1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 c. chopped apricots
1/2 c. dried cherries

Combine sifted dry ingredients with egg, juice, salad oil mixture. Stir and mix thoroughly. Add apricots and nuts. Turn into 2 greased 7 7/8 x 3 7/8 x 2 1/2 loaf pans. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
