APRICOT LOAF 
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp. buttermilk
1 c. cut up canned apricots
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together thoroughly sugar, butter, and eggs. Stir in buttermilk and apricots. Sift together and stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.

Pour into well greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 1 loaf.
