PINEAPPLE-APRICOT NUT LOAF 
2 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. nuts
1/3 c. milk
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1/3 c. chopped dried apricots
1/4 c. light raisins
1 tbsp. chopped candied green cherries

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in well greased loaf pan for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Makes 1 loaf.
