KIELBASA COOK-OUT 
1 lb. kielbasa, cut in diagonal slices
8 to 10 potatoes, washed & sliced (unpeeled)
1 lg. onion, diced
3 to 4 carrots, peeled & sliced in sm. strips
1 stick butter, cut into pats
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Pepper

On a double 2-foot strip of heavy-duty tin foil, combine potatoes, onions, carrots and kielbasa. Season to taste with onion salt and garlic salt. Dot with pats of butter. Mix it all together and fold tin foil in half. Roll two sides in small folds to seal. Then fold down top in small fold to seal. Put on medium gas or charcoal grill for about 1/2 hour, turning over frequently. Check for doneness through top fold and seal again to cook further. Dinner is served.
