POLYNESIAN KIELBASA 
1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1-inch slices
1 c. onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drain and cut up
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (12 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. beef broth
3 tsp. brown sugar
1 c. green pepper

Cook meat, onions, garlic, peppers in 3 tablespoons oil until onions are transparent (5 minutes). Add tomatoes, pineapple, broth, sugar and peppers. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix the cornstarch with pineapple juice; add to meat mixture and stir until thickened. Let it just rest a few minutes. Serve on rice.
