1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. grated or shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Sandwich buns, toasted

Combine first 6 ingredients. Form into 5 patties. Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness. Serve in sandwich buns; top with additional 57 sauce if desired. Makes 5 servings.
