BAKED CHICKEN REUBEN 
4 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. can sauerkraut
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. Thousand Island dressing

Place chicken (seasoned) in baking dish. Put well drained sauerkraut on chicken. Place cheese on top of sauerkraut. Pour dressing on top of all. Top with parsley. Bake 325 for 1 1/2 hours with foil on top. Remove foil last few minutes to brown.
