SALMON AND CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel yellow corn, drained
1 can (7 3/4 oz.) salmon, drained & flaked
3 oz. (3/4 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until firm. Makes 3-4 servings.
