RUNEBERG TARTS 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. almond meal (ground almonds)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, then almond meal. Add flour and baking powder. Place paper liners in muffin tins. Fill half full. Press center with your thumbs. Fill with strawberry or raspberry jam. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Glaze, if desired.
