CRUNCHY CEREAL | |
3 c. rolled oats, not quick-cooking 1/2 c. wheat germ, untoasted 1 c. almonds, sliced 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. oil Combine oats, wheat germ, almonds; spread evenly to depth 1/2 to 1 inch in bottom of large baking pan. Mix honey and oil (heat to dissolve honey, if necessary). Pour syrup over dry mixture. Combine thoroughly and place in 225 degree oven. Bake about 1 hour lifting mixture with spatula every 15-20 minutes. Store in refrigerator. |
