CEREAL 
4 c. quick oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. wheat germ
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
For variety, add one cup of nuts, coconut, sunflower seeds or raisins

Mix oats, wheat germ and brown sugar. Add honey and mix well. Spread in 2 ungreased cookie sheets and bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees, stirring occasionally. Cook and store in airtight container. Yields 7 1/2 cups.
