NUTTY NOODLES | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion cut fine 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fine noodles 1 1/2 cans Carnation milk (13 oz. size) 1 can chow mein noodles 1/2 lb. cheese (American) 1/2 lb. mixed nuts (salted) 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup Cook noodles, brown meat and onions. Add noodles and soup to milk. In casserole put layers of noodle mixture with grated cheese between. Bake covered 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread chow mein noodles and nuts on top and bake 30 minutes, uncovered. Serves 10-12. |
