FROZEN PUDDING DESSERT | |
60 Ritz crackers 1 stick butter 2 pkgs. instant pudding 1 3/4 c. milk 1 qt. ice cream 1 lg. bowl Cool Whip Melt butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Press in bottom of 9"x13" pan reserving enough to sprinkle on top when done. Mix pudding, milk and add 1 quart of softened ice cream. Spread mixture on top of cracker crumbs. Top with Cool Whip and cracker crumbs. Freeze. |
