CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
1 sm. carton sour cream (8 oz.)
4 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1 stick melted butter
Pinch of salt & pepper
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Onion (opt.)

Mix and put in buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 1 1/2 hours.
