DO - IT - YOURSELF GRAPE JELLY 
METHOD #1:
1 (12 oz.) frozen grape juice concentrate
1/2 to 1 3/4 oz. Slim Set

Add 1/2 of the Slim Set box to the thawed grape juice concentrate. Heat to boiling; simmer together for 1 minute. Remove from heat to cool. Pour into wide mouth jar and refrigerate.

METHOD #2:
1 (12 oz.) frozen grape juice concentrate
1 env. unflavored gelatin

Dissolve the gelatin in the defrosted juice concentrate. Pour the mixture into saucepan and heat to boiling or until the gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Then pour into a wide mouth jar. Refrigerate. (This jelly does not spread as easily as #1 but it still works.)
