QUICK GRAPE JELLY 
2-3 gallons grapes
3 c. sugar

Wash grapes well and remove from stems. Allow only the water that clings to them. Put on stove and bring to boil slowly, cooking well. Drain in cloth, preferably overnight. Put 2 cups juice in pan and bring to a full rolling boil. Turn out fire and at once add sugar. Stir for 5 minutes. This makes a nice soft but set jelly.
