SUE'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
Seasoned salt, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce "special"
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and cut up
1 to 2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms (or may use sm. can of mushrooms and stems, drained)
1 tsp. oregano
1 med. bay leaf

Brown meat with onion, adding seasoned salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients; simmer until sauce thickens (about 1 hour), stirring occasionally. Serves approximately 6.
