LISA'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 (28 oz.) can plain tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. oregano
1 fresh bay leaf
1/8 tsp. tarragon
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 can or 1/2 bottle beef (the better the brew, the better the sauce)
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. lean ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste

In medium saucepan, combine tomato sauce, basil, oregano, bay leaf, tarragon, Parmesan cheese, sugar and beer. Heat through but do not boil.

Meanwhile, saute green pepper, onion and garlic until onion becomes transparent over medium to high heat. Add Worcestershire sauce and continue cooking 1 more minute. Pour vegetables into tomato sauce.
