RAVE REVIEWS COCONUT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. pecans
2 c. coconut

Blend first four ingredients. Mix with mixer on medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into three 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely. Frosting recipe follows.

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. milk

Cream butter with cream cheese; add milk. Beat in sugar. Add vanilla. Mix well. Add coconut. Spread on all three layers. Stack and frost all over. Absolutely gorgeous and well worth the effort.
