2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
24 oz. semi-sweet chips
8 oz. Hershey bar, broken up
2 c. chopped nuts

1. Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl.

2. Add eggs and vanilla to butter mixture.

3. Mix flour and oatmeal in a food processor and grind to a powder.

4. Add baking powder, soda and salt to flour mixture.

5. Combine flour mixture to butter and mix well.

6. Mix in chips, candy and nuts.

7. Place golf ball sized balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.

8. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-10 minutes.

9. Cool on wire rack. Serves 36.
