CHEESE SOUP 
4 lg. potatoes
3 lg. carrots
2 lg. onions
3 c. water
3 c. milk or Half and Half cream
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can beer
1/4 c. flour mixed with 1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese

Cook first four ingredients until mushy, then mash with potato masher. Add next four ingredients. When very warm, add cheeses and cook until cheese melts. Serves 6.
