1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
4 bananas
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 scant c. milk

Mix together flour, butter and nuts. Pat into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread about 1/2 of mixture on top of cooled crust. Slice bananas on top.

Mix together pudding and milk. Spread on top of bananas. Spread rest of Cool Whip mixture on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
