BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Butter 5 1/2 cup baking dish. Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs, and salt with beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese and pour into baking dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes clean. Bake about 40 to 45 minutes.
