MINTED SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. fresh or bottled lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh or dried mint leaves
1 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight lid. Shake well. Store in refrigerator. Use as dressing for lettuce base salads. Less is better than more!
