POPPYSEED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cooked, deboned or 6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
1 c. sour cream
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. poppyseeds

Cook chicken, debone and skin and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in casserole. Mix soup, broth and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Mix Ritz crackers and butter and poppyseed. Place over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
