EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Poppy seeds

Boil chicken. Heat soup, butter, and sour cream. Break chicken into pieces in 9 inch x 13 inch casserole. Pour heated soup mixture over chicken. Spread crushed cracker crumbs and poppy seeds over top and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
