BANANA FROST 
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. nonfat dry milk
8 ice cubes
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Measure 3/4 cup skim milk into the blender. Add 4 ice cubes and blend. Add the remainder 3/4 cup skim milk and 4 ice cubes and blend. Add the dried milk, fruit and vanilla; blend well. Yield: 6 portions, 4 ounces each.
