1/2 c. mashed bananas 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 stick sweet butter, room temperature (2 oz.) 1/8 tsp. salt 3 c. sifted confectioners sugar Combine bananas and lemon juice. Cream butter and salt; add to bananas and lemon juice, alternating with sugar. Beat until fluffy. | |
