CHEESY BISCUITS
2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cheddar cheese

Put flour in bowl. Cut in butter. Add baking powder, salt, milk and grated cheese. Stir the mixture just enough for the ingredients to be combined. Use a rolling pin to roll out dough so it's about 1/2 inch thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut circles in dough. Put circles on a lightly greased pan. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake for 10 minutes or until done.

I made these word for word and they arent bad. I added in a pinch or two of garlic powder and I topped them with butter while baking aswell. The only thing I would change is to add more/or different types of cheese to spice it up.

I made these today, they turned out pretty well. Only I didn't roll the dough out or made cut out circles. I just dropped globs out. Lol. But they turned out great that way. I just put them in for bout 3 minutes longer.
