1 pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vinegar (white)

Bring all ingredients to a boil and pour into bowl after morsels are melted. Or, place in microwave for 1 minutes and stir and back in microwave for another minute until morsels are melted. Delicious to dunk apple slices in while warm. This may be frozen if not used up.
