PEGGY'S ROMULADE SAUCE 
1 c. ketchup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of hot pepper (Tabasco)
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 dill pickle, grated
1 onion, if desired, grated

Mix all ingredients. Serve with fried seafood or boiled seafood.
